CMHC – Home to Canadians
Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation is a federal government agency that is responsible for managing housing issues for Canadians. As the Government of Canada's national housing agency, they play a major role in Canada's housing industry.

The Toronto Real Estate Board (TREB) was founded 80 years ago by a small group of real estate practitioners who aimed to establish professional standards in the industry. Today, as North AmericaÕs largest full service Real Estate Board, TREB services more than 17,500 Members.
OAHI – Ontario Association of Home Inspectors
One of the best ways to find out about a home's condition, habitability and safety is to hire a professional home inspector. A home inspector will go through a property and perform a comprehensive visual inspection to assess the condition of the house and all of its systems. Inspections are intended to provide the client with a better understanding of property conditions, as observed at the time of the inspection.

Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal
The Ontario Rental Housing Tribunal has been established to resolve disputes between landlords and tenants and provide information about the Tenant Protection Act. It also provides information to landlords and tenants concerning their rights and obligations under the Act.
